Living in Kenya we find ourselves without many of the living comforts we enjoyed in America. Many times, we have embraced this fact while living in a new culture and often times it's refreshing to be taken away from all the "things" that seem to clutter up American's lives. Recently (like after a weekend of doing laundry by hand for 3 hours), we have been going through some withdrawal from the handy-dandy appliances we used to enjoy:
Top 10 Appliances We Miss

- Microwave
- TV
- Dryer
- Toaster
- Dish Washer
- Hair Straightener
- Vacuum Cleaner
- Mixer
- A Large Freezer (unlike the one in our college dorm-sized fridge about the size of a loaf of bread)
